We had an all-star cast today to plan the Friday Night Dinner With the Brewers event at the Clarion, for Friday the 6th, 6-9pm…

Jason Perkins from Allagash, Ed Stebbins from Gritty’s, David Kleban from the Maine Beer Company, Kai Adams from Sebago, and Alan Pugsley from Shipyard.

Chef Lee and the endlessly attentive Clarion staff prepared a beautiful sampling menu for the brewers. The Brewers and the Chef did the tasting and the beer pairing, and you’ll see the result below. Everyone who went to last year’s dinner raved about the food and the chance to listen to and talk with the brewers, so buy your tickets now! Ticket prices include all tax and gratuities.
