The Friday Night Dinner with the Brewers, continues to be a smashing success! The chef from the Clarion Hotel meets a month in advance with the owner-brewmasters from local breweries, to review what food and brews would be fresh and seasonally-appropriate for Maine's November brewfest. We plan the five-course menu, the brewers decide whose product match best with each course, some good acoustic music is booked, and we’re ready! We open the evening with a panel discussion about the brews and breweries, moderated by Yankee Brew News. There’s a brewer (or panelist) sitting at each table of guests, so we can all ask questions and listen to great brewing stories all evening... what a hoot for anyone who likes a good beer, a good story, and some up close and personal contact with Maine's craft brewing industry! Here's what your ticket package will include:
A pre-dinner panel discussion with 4 Maine brewers about 1 or 2 beers that they each bring to the dinner, many of which you'll have a chance to pair with your dinner.
Whoa! What a line-up of your favorite Maine craft brewers we'll have, Last year it was Gritty's, Allagash, Shipyard, and Atlantic. Stay tuned to learn this year’s line-up.
Panel discussion and presentation, with the evenings featured brewers, moderated by our guest professional industry insider.
